The Sabian HHX 21" 3-Point Ride is a dark, smoky cymbal designed for Jack DeJohnette, legendary jazz drummer for the likes of Miles Davis, Keith Jarrett and Herbie Hancock. Three different playing points allow for a wide spread of tones and action, from dry to absolutely parched in the inner and middle sections to deep washy overtones when struck toward the edge. The 3-Point Ride is rounded out by a small bell that penetrates with ease, and a cavernous crash when its laid into.
