This particular example has been pre-owned and well taken care of. The top exhibits some wear from being loved and played but the small little marks are extremely hard to photograph and can only really been seen when moving the guitar back and forth under the right lighting. As far as action and playability goes, this one is perfect. This guitar has always lived in its humidified case when it wasn't being played and the condition of the instrument is superb overall because of this. There is no checking or cracking of any kind on the top or anywhere on the guitar. The Indian Rosewood back and sides are in perfect condition and are stunning to look at. The Cocobolo armrest feels just right as you play this guitar and will have you wondering why more builders don't do this, it's amazing.
