About This Listing

Here we have a great 1931 Martin c-2t. First things first. The guitar has had a replica shell made for it it is not original to the guitar.  Sides and back are old growth Honduran mahogany so head block tail block center spine and back braceing are not original. Things that are original to this guitar are
neck, tuners, bar frets, tail pice, rosewood bridge, picgard, and top with the original shade top finish.
Side and back were finished with nitrocellulose lacquer that has been aged to match the rest of the guitar. The guitar plays and sounds great definitely a great recording tool. The guitar has lots of nicks chips dings dents and superficial blemishes all over it as you will notice from the photos that I have provied. The guitar comes with a after market case. Please feel free to ask any other question you might have.
