Fender Jag-Stang Kurt Cobain MIJ Original 1996

This is my Sonic Blue Jag-Stang. My first “real” guitar. The greatest Christmas present I had ever received or would ever receive. It’s an OG 1996 model and has some wear and tear. It’s gigged a few times but I was never a pro musician. The paint damage is from a drop in college. It caused some probs with the original humbucker so that was replaced with a Seymour Duncan Super Distortion, a la Kurt’s Jaguar. I still have the original humbucker and all the original parts, I just never tried to fix the pickup and I did most of the Cobain mods to it. Still have the original pickguard as well but the red mother of bowling ball tortoise shell is on there now. I can swap if you want. I also have a hard shell case, tweed with red interior that I modified to fit the jag-stang that I will include. There are some finish cracks that appeared over time due to age and the finish was never REALLY sonic blue, it was always a little more on the aqua sea-foam shame spectrum. It has also aged and the picture with the red guard is pretty accurate in terms of color. It’s has been set up and had hung on the wall for the longest time.
