This guitar was manufactured in Kalamazoo MI to custom specs for the original owner. It was appraised at $6,000 in 1999 by Heritage, as you can see on this letter they do mention the 'Tap-tuned, upcharge wood options.' Some blemishes are visible close up, but overall the appearance of the guitar is still extremely classy. Unfortunately I am missing the truss rod cover.
The guitar plays & sounds great whether it's plugged in or not and I've played it on many many gigs. For serious inquiries I'm happy to record a little sample of whatever style you want to hear and send it your way.
The outside of the case is a bit beat up, but it is original, and the clasps still work perfectly.
