Here's an excellent example of a top-of-the-line Cordoba classical! The inner label dates this CWE-S to 2001 as part of the "España" series, which signifies that this is one of their higher-end Spanish-made models. And it's reflected in the construction - solid German spruce top, sycamore back/sides, mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard. Plus a comfortable cutaway for better access to the high notes and onboard Fishman electronics, this guitar is ready for any stage.
The action is in line with traditional classical specifications - 12th fret measures 4mm on the low E string, and 3mm on the high E. Nut width is 1 15/16". In keeping with the traditional construction, there is no truss rod but there is still plenty of room on the saddle should the action need to be adjusted. Frets show no wear. Clear plastic pickguard on both treble and bass sides of soundhole.
Arrived a virtually no-issues instrument with a comfortable neck and minimal fret wear. Some mild surface-level lacquer checking around the binding on the treble side, which is typical, but nothing affecting structure or playability (see photos). Will ship professionally set up in the previous owner's SKB-style hard case (not pristine, but all latches fully functioning).
