Goya Panther S-2 60s,70s black&wood fade

Goya Panther S-2, Rare closet find in practically unplayed condition,not sure if its made in Italy or Japan I get conflicting info when I research. Tremolo tailpiece is stamped made in Italy. This guitar is in Like new condition. with original case. Was acquired from original owner who claims he bought it in the 60s and has been in a closet ever since.
