King 4B Sonorous Trombone Vintage 1974 - Used

This is a vintage King 4-B Sonorous straight trombone.  Specifications include: .547" bore, 8 5/8" bell diameter, nickel silver outside handslide tubes, yellow brass handslide crook, large shank mouthpiece receiver.  The serial number #496836 dates it at approximately 1974.  The lacquer seems to be original and shows wear throughout.  There are some minor dings throughout, but overall it is in good condition for the age.  The handslide works pretty smoothly for its age and there is no noticeable plating loss on the inside slide stockings.  Includes the original case which is in functional condition, however the latch springs do not work.  Does not include a mouthpiece.
