This is Arnold Brilhart Level Air alto saxophone mouthpiece. The tip open measures .091 and has a 7 stamped next to the Serial number. The serial number is 011981. The serial number is the manufacture date on these Level Air mouthpieces. I was made on Jan. 19, 1981.
It is all original and has not been re-faced.
It is a great playing piece, and in really nice condition.
The tip and slide rails are all in good condition along with the table. The bite plate is very nice with no teeth bite marks. It comes with the original ligature.

This mouthpiece is from the personal collection of Bob Carpenter. Bob does not to the internet, so he asked me to list some of his better playing mouthpieces from his personal collection.

If you have not heard of Bob Carpenter, he has repaired, restored, and perfected mouthpieces for countless famous professional musicians from all over the world.
Bob is considered one of the top 5 mouthpiece technicians in the world. Theo Wanne of the Theo Wanne Mouthpiece Co. studied mouthpiece making and refacing from Bob.
