Mystery solved: New info from the Kyser capo Co. In the late 90's,Kyser considered adding guitars to their product line. Samples were made in Japan and Korea and taken to the Namm Trade Show. These 5 samples were given or sold to dealers, by Milton Kyser. Decision was made,not to go ahead and this is one of five ever made. 6.9 lbs  Condition is very good and has honest play ware with some rash and nicks, see pictures . She is a decent guitar with a Floydrose & gold hardware. It has (what look to be) 2 mellow filtertons and a screaming single coil in the middle.
 Solid Stratocaster type body, double cut. Includes trem bar+gig bag.
