This is a beautiful example of Japanese luthiers from this time period
Solid Cedar top
Rosewood (Brazilian or Indian?) back and sides
Conn specially engineered neck with flattened back (a la Ramirez)
Ebony fingerboard and bridge
New Martin High Tension strings.
There are no cracks or separations anywhere. Neck is straight. Action is very good. There is some evidence of the wood expanding and contracting at the neck joint causing the finish to buckle but the wood is not affected in any way.
