1935 Sunburst, Adirondack Spruce top, only 60 made in burst. Forward shifted scalloped bracing, book-matched Brazilian Rosewood back and sides, Mahogany neck with notable flame. Ebony fingerboard of course, 1 3/4” nut width, modified V neck profile, herringbone trim, tortoise pickguard. Aged wood the old-fashioned way, 21 years of gentle playing. A striking guitar in tone. It’s loud, huge bass that increases the harder you play. A crystal clear top end that accentuates every note. Truly a WOW guitar. Plus the aged 1935 sunburst over the wide grain of red spruce will hold your gaze. You might ask why would anyone sell this? Truly a lifelong companion and investment as Brazilian Rosewood is getting extremely hard to find. Tall saddle, low action, no cracks. Added pickup and strap button (you’re welcome). Shows some playing wear on top and back, see the photos. Yes, it’s been played and loved. We sold this very guitar 21 years ago. We tried to get another sunburst but we could not from the factory. We’ve seen it grow into this mature-sounding classic. We love it, you will too.
