About This Listing

I think this is a 1987.  Has a few surface dimples/dents, hard to capture in pictures plus some pick hazing below the sound hole.  Other than that plays well and electronics work.  Bass knob has a little 'lump' when turning in one spot when pot is almost fully on but doesn't seem to affect the sound or usability.

Information on the web ...
Between 1985 and 1986 there was a collaboration between Kramer and
Danny Ferrington - an American luthier well known for designing and making
unusual and superb guitars for celebrity guitarists. The result was the KF series
which lasted until 1990 and this is a KFT where the T stands for telecaster shape.
This one is finished in black with the unusually shaped hollow body and great
shaped soundhole. The body is bound in white as is the soundhole but the maple
neck is unbound. The fingerboard has twenty-two frets, and the headstock has the
six on a side Kramer tuners, string trees and ''Kramer Ferrington'' logos.
It has a transducer pickup under the bridge operated by a nine volt battery and with
volume, treble and bass controls on the side of the body.
