New Old Stock Hamer USA Artist Custom. This was the cream of the crop semi hollow body guitar by one of the premier guitar manufacturers of all time (sadly no longer available) in their most desirable color, '59 Burst. It is serial number dated '08 and we received it from Hamer USA in '09. A beautiful mix of quilt and flame maple for the solid carved top and a beautiful wide grain one piece mahogany body.
Other specs are: Italian ivoroid binding, Schaller tuners, TonePros bridge and tailpiece, rosewood fingerboard,with mother of pearl victory inlays, two Seymour Duncan humbucking pickups, two volume and one tone, 3-way switch, ivory nut, mother of pearl headstock logo. Original case and candy w/certificate.
Last photo is of the 2009 price list showing MSRP at $4300.00 and MAP at $3439.00
Listed as Excellent and not Mint only because of some minor marks on case from being shuffled around in storage and minute finish swirls on the back from being occasionally wiped down, polishing and minor play during tune ups. too minor to show up on picture.
