Luxman M-7: A gorgeous, highly advanced Japanese power amplifier!
Description
This Luxman M-7 is a Japanese integrated amp which was released in Japan in 1996 and features the high quality of electrical amplifier circuit engineering that has made Luxman famous among audiophiles. This amp features the technically impressive CSSC (Complementary Single Stagger Circuit), for exceptional sound. The first stage is a complementary dual FET differential circuit with a cascode interconnection transistor. The second stage is an electric-current propagation circuit with a high cut-off frequency, such that the signal is naturally amplified without the need for significant phase correction. The current amplification stage is a three-step Darlington complementary circuit with a high amplification factor. In the final stage is a large-sized bipolar transistor (Pc=150W) and 6 push-pulls per channel. The M-7 is built from proprietary cutting-edge components (e.g. acoustically superior carbon films used in the amp's resistors), and as a result this amp provides exceptionally rich music production. It has a rated output of 150 W / channel (8 ohms) and a THD of <0.004%. The whole unit features a certain quality of construction you can immediately notice, and audio reproduction worthy of the Luxman name.
This amp is in very good condition, with minor signs of age and use (see pictures), including some scratches and sticker marks. There's a non-slip strip on the top. This amplifier has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, who has confirmed its integrity and working condition.
