- This is a custom-built 2018 Monson Scourge guitar. This guitar features six strings with a 24-fret maple neck-thru construction, and an alder body. There is a single Seymour Duncan Black Winter Trembucker in the bridge position, with plenty of bite and snarl for that metal/punk/hardcore sound. The bridge is a Floyd Rose Fastloader (no need to cut the ball-ends of the strings), complete with a locking nut. This #4 out of 4 guitars in existence with this particular shape, and it is one-of-a-kind in aesthetics. This guitar features no volume or tone knobs; there is only a single killswitch, which I have lovingly referred to as the "full blast or f#$% off switch".
- This guitar comes with a custom-built hard case, and an Ultimate Guitar stand.
- I purchased this guitar for $2,562 in 2018. It's got a few little scrapes and bruises, and I moved the strap pin to a different position to improve the balance while strapped. The killswitch pot can probably use some cleaning, as it does make some noise when it is being handled.
