Shanti OM

This Shanti Concert SC-5 is slightly wider than a typical OM, with deeper sides, so has a more open tone than you'd expect from an OM made with koa back and sides. The bear-claw spruce top was from an old log that had long been submerged, the dark color you see is not from toner in the lacquer or from exposure to UV, it had this warm brown hue right from the start. The koa back and sides are Mastergrade, and, as the old adage goes, "A picture is worth a thousand words". Check them out! Thanks to the shorter scale length, it's very easy to play. It's been two hands since it was new and shows only light fret wear.  It shows very little very light playing wear, and no nicks and certainly no cracks.
