Ibanez Super 70 tone at a fair price, wound just under a typical, original Super 70.
These have slightly less output and midrange than my original "Duper 70".

With premium components sourced from Japan and long leg baseplate, I call this my "Duper 70vs - vintage spec".

VERY LIMITED QUALNTITY
Specs shown duplicate the famous Ibanez pickup (made by Maxon or Fujigen).

"... has that rare uncompressed, open sound that only comes from a vintage PAF or a single coil. My guess is - its a combination of the Alnico 8 mag with low winds/ohms..." -sw

Features:

Vintage-style braided hookup wire - one conductor plus ground
Humbucking pickups wound at around 7.5k ohms, so on the low end of original Super 70s.
49mm string spacing
Coils are lightly potted
Alnico 8 magnets
Chrome covers and screws
Standard humbucker 2 screw height adjustment
Comes complete with chrome height adjustment screws and springs.
Covers may have a few tiny scratches or wax residue from the building and polishing process. I do my best to keep these looking factory-new, but I'm not a factory.

* As with the originals, these pickups may be out of phase with other brands like DiMarzio *

You'll love the bold and strong tone of these pickups. Alnico 8 magnets are like Alnico 4 (used in many boutique PAF recreations) on steroids. Balanced and loud.
