Dean Soltero SL MIJ: New old Stock! 2008 Cherry Sunburst

This is a high end, high quality Dean guitar that was made in the famed Fujigen plant in Japan that produces all of the high end Ibanez guitars in Prestige and J-Custom lines. These guitars are no longer made, and I managed to purchase two new old stock models from an online retailer recently. I play my tobacco sunburst, and this one has literally never been played other than to debox it and ensure that everything was working properly.

The guitar is literally NEW OLD STOCK, with less than 5 minutes of playing time on it. It has never seen a showroom or been demoed and doesn't have as much as a single scratch on it. It still has the plastic on the electronics covers!

These are honestly some of the most gorgeous, and well crafted guitars I've ever owned or seen, and the fit, finish, and build quality of them is easily on par with multi-thousand dollar guitars, including Gibson, PRS, Jackson, and Ibanez J-Custom. The craftsmanship and care that went into this guitar are just incredible. It is truly a professional quality instrument.

The THICK maple top on this one is simply STUNNING, with a not only a super-tight flame that runs the entire length/width of the body, but also an incredible vertical grain pattern from end to end as well.

- Set mahogany neck - soft-v shaped with 24.75 scale - the neck on this is incredibly comfortable, not too thick or thin, very ergonomic
- Bound ebony fingerboard with abalone inlays and abalone Dean logo on the headstock
- Custom Dimarzio Humbuckers (very vintage PAF sounding, similar to the Dimarzio 36th anniversary PAFs to my ears)
- Grover Tuners

Comes in original hardshell case, also in immaculate condition, with all case candy.
