These speakers are basically the same arrangement at the desirable LX22 Speakers.
At this price, with the physical condition in mind, they are a bargain.
Look up sales history of pricing on JBL LX22 and see what I'm referring to.
Ignore the commercial aspect of these speakers and just set them to standard 8 Ohm setting.
The major difference is that these are front ported, unlike the 22's that are rear ported.

You will be pleased at how they compare to the consumer level LX Series

Offering this pair of JBL Industrial Bookshelf Sized Speakers.
They are in acceptable condition as far as the cabinet goes. The speaker Drivers are in Great shape.
Mostly these will be used in the 8 Ohm Setting. Because they are industrial - there is a wattage limiting switch in the back - limiting the wattage that can be sent to each speaker to 15, 8, 4 or 2 watts. That's so if they are used as a sound system in a commercial area they cannot be blown from someone controlling the volume in a location where they cannot hear the limits.
Those modes aren't the best sounding. I don't know what they are using to attenuate or limit the wattage. Definitely sound great on the standard default setting of 8 Ohms.

It's a feature no one here probably will ever use - so leave them on the standard 8 Ohm setting and enjoy great JBL quality sound.

Titanium tweeter with a 6" woofer. The surround material is in great shape. No work needed. The cabinets are a bit rough - but it's not obvious when placed on a shelf with the grills facing forward. Pro level speakers at an affordable price

Each speaker measures about:

15" H x 10" W x 9 1/2" D Weighing in at 17lb 4 oz each
