I purchased an old 1982 Fender AVRI and this neck was on it at the time of purchase. I believe this is a Fender replacement neck that was put on a long time ago although I'm not completely certain. This is one of the most comfortable necks I've ever played on—GREAT balance between bending, vibrato and speed! I took the neck down to my local luthiers (Indy String Theory) and they said the neck frets felt like they were 6100 with a profile like a "standard soft v" or what they called a 10/56 V. They also mentioned that there was a little pitting in the frets, but went on to say it wasn't a problem and that there was lots of life left in these frets. When I put my radius gauge on the neck, it seems like it is a 12'' radius (see last two pictures). I'm no luthier but I've tried to provide as much information as possible (including pictures with measurements) so you make sure you are buying the perfect neck for YOU! I listed the condition as "good" but probably should be "very good." I just like to underpromise and overdeliver. Please ask any questions before purchasing and I'll be glad to help answer them for you! All reasonable offers will be considered. Please ask any questions before purchasing and thanks for looking!
