EVH (Eddie Van Halen) Signature Model Music Man Guitar 1993

The Guitar’s History:

I am the original owner of the guitar, which I purchased in Edmonton in 1993; I still have the original receipt.

The Guitar

Everything is original and works perfectly. The guitar is in excellent condition; it looks beautiful, but it does have some marks on it as it is a played instrument:

• The back is scratched from my belt buckle (see picture).
• There are three small dings on the front: 1. A very small surface ding behind the bridge. 2. A small surface ding near the volume knob. 3. A small surface ding a little bit farther down from the aforementioned ding (see pictures).
• By the plug-in jack there is a ding.
• On the top black edge, where the guitar player's arm drapes over the guitar, there is a ding. (This ding and the one by the plug-in I was unable to capture on camera as the black is so shiny that the dings do not show up).

The Case

The guitar case, which is the original, was regularly used. It is scratched and has wear marks. It is missing one of the metal ‘feet’ on the bottom. The leather tab that opens the little compartment is no longer attached but I still have the tab and it can be easily reattached. I also have the original checklist paper from Music Man (see picture).
