based products. Why? Tubes deliver a wonderfully warm signal rich with 
even harmonics and a slight natural compression. The Alpha Direct Box 
has a similar signal path as a musical instrument tube amplifier:

valuable and appreciated guidance from Producer & Studio Engineer 
Extraordinaire “Evil” Joe Barresi, the Alpha Direct Box went from a text
 message, to a hand drawn schematic, to reality. Built in limited 
production runs in Los Angeles, CA. I hope you enjoy it!

Official Warranty:◦ All JT Amplification products come with a two year limited
warranty (except tubes which have a 6 month warranty).  The warranty period begins the day the unit is
received by the customer. The warranty is nontransferable and covers issues due
to manufacturing defects. Warranties do not cover damage from excessive force
or improper use. The customer is liable for the shipping charge to JT
Amplification. JT Amplification will ship warranty repairs back to the customer
at no charge (USA only). In the case of non-warranty repairs the customer is
liable for all shipping charges. If you have service or warranty request please
email me at   for a return authorization number and proper
shipping instructions. Most issues can
be simply be solved without shipping the item back to us so if you have any

Returns:


JT Amplification offers a 30 day return policy
on JT Amplification products. Please contact us at for a
 return authorization and return instructions. The customer is liable for return 
shipping charges and if the free shipping option was chosen at the time of 
original purchase, the original JT Amplification shipping cost will be deducted
 from the refund. The customer is liable returning the product in its original 
new received condition with all packaging and documentation. If the unit is
 returned damaged or missing items a restocking fee may apply.
