Up for sale we have a 1980s Peavy Foundation Bass in Sunburst finish in good overall condition less some finish wear on the face of the body above the control knobs (please see photos) and some bumps and bruises throughout from honest play wear over the years. Made in the USA. Two fantastic sounding Peavey Super Ferrite single coil pickups. Maple body and maple neck. Rosewood fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays. The neck starts out a heftier palm filling size and tapers quite a bit as you make your way towards the headstock, reminiscent of a Fender Jazz Bass neck. Very comfortable. The width of the neck at the 12th fret measures just a hair over 2" and measures 1" 1/2 at the nut. The bass weighs 9 lbs. 12 oz. Ships with gig bag and will be professionally packed with care.
