Behold, the true 1:1 Mark Speer-caster!
I've gone out of my way on this beauty to recreate as close of an approximation to Mark Speer's guitar tone as possible! To the best of my knowledge, aside from Mark's own personal guitar, this is the only other 1:1 'Speer-caster' build, as even my personal build is not this close to a 1:1
This means vintage 90's era Dimarzio Cruiser wired out of phase/parallel at the neck, stock Fender USA Reissue single coil in the middle, and in phase/series vintage Cruiser at the bridge, all wired into stock '70s RI harness assembly, as well as the Tusq saddle/string tree treatment, making for all those familiar & authentic '60s-'70s sounds right off the records!
The guitar is in phenomenal shape, essentially like new! albeit miniscule markings from transit
*was shipped to me tuned to pitch so minor 1/4" neck pocket finish lines, the case's silicon packet also split open during transit and caused very minor markings but no eye sores, markings are so small they are nearly undetectable*
Comes professionally set up & slinky (intonated/action/tremelo)
*Currently has roundwounds, I believe 9's, but am waiting on flats.
Includes Fender hardshell case for heavy gigging & safe keeping
