2000 Nelson Palen # 4 Custom 17" Acoustic Archtop in Pristine Condition Absolutely Spectacular

This is a spectacular guitar that I custom ordered from Nelson Palen in 2000 after I became the exclusive distributor with Lou from Guitars N' Jazz. This is one of the most fantastic archtops you can find. Even George Benson purchased one from us. Nelson only made 99 guitars before he was no longer able to make anymore.

It is in the same pristine condition as when I ordered it. Not a mark on it. No fretware. It has never been played outside my home. It sounds and plays like an absolute dream. The body is 17" wide and 3" deep with a 25" scale neck and 1 3/4" nut. I had Nelson finish it in a beautiful ice tea sunburst and he "antiqued" the binding to look aged. 

The custom  Kent Armstrong floating pickup has a  volume & tone control on pickguard. The top is hand carved solid spruce and the back hand carved solid maple. This is an unbelievable playing and sounding guitar and you will not be disappointed. Comes with a hard shell case. You won't find a nicer one.
