Offbeat Guitars "Priscilla" Bass in Charred Barrel Brown Distressed Pine Finish featuring an EMG Geezer Butler P-Bass Pickup, Hipshot UltraLight Tuners, Gotoh Vintage Style Solid Brass Bridge, and Aged Solid Brass Pickguard.

This is an incredible P-style 34" scale bass.The bass weighs in at a nice and light 8.4 lbs., but remains perfectly balanced because of the Hipshot Ultralight Tuners.

The EMG Geezer Butler pickup has all of the growl and punch you'd expect a pickup with his approval to have (checkout the video linked to above), but you can still get some vintage tones out of it. I've got the action set pretty low -- probably too low for a traditional P-bass player, but raise it up a bit, throw on some flats, roll off the tone, and you've got yourself a Motown Funk Machine.

The neck is pretty much what you'd expect on a modern P-bass -- C-shape profile, 10" radiused fretboard, 1 5/8" at the nut. If you've owned or played any of the current Fender Precision models, this is going to feel very familiar to you. The neck joint has a radiused heel, which gives you easy access to the upper frets. The finish is a natural feeling oil/poly blend and combined with the rolled fretboard edges, it will feel pretty broken in right out of the box.

Besides the great tone and feel of the bass, this thing is gorgeous to look at (unless you like perfect, shiny things with no character to them). You're probably going to want to play this in front of a mirror, just so you can look at it the whole time.
