Accepting offers for local (Rochester NY) pickup!

This is a 1910 Steinway Vertegrand Piano. The instrument was customized for Clark Music in Syracuse, NY (now closed). It is in a mahogany case and needs restoration. The piano plays well, has 1 dead key (lower third C), and sounds beautiful.

Estimates on the fully restored value range from $15,000 - $19,000 USD. Conditional values vary quite a bit depending on what parts you have original, and if there are known missing pieces.

We've had estimates range from $2,500 - $4,000 using only genuine Steinway parts. Plenty of opportunity to restore and sell or play with love.

PRICE BUMPED DOWN...

I've had a few chats with professional restoration outfits. I bumped down the asking price a bit to accommodate for more profit/value.

If you're looking for a studio piano, look no further! This is the exact type of Piano that lives in Abbey Road studios. Think "Lady Madonna".
