Hamer Standard Korina Limited 1995 Korina translucent Yellow

Hamer was a premier guitar mfr and made a limited run of Explorers and Flying V's in the mid 90's. These guitars blew away the craftsmanship of the Gibson reissue A-E series of the 80's Korinas! Dont confuse these models with the later Korinas made offshore!
These were built by top notch craftsmen and luthiers right here in the USA,  These limited runs rarely pop up for sale as Giants like Brad Whitford of Aerosmith owned one as well as other greats (No Doubt guitarist , Tom Dumont) who recognized the rarity of these models and high quality builds there are!
This exquisite specimen of handcrafted skill and artistry is #93 of only 96 built for a 1995 limited run.  These Limited run Korinas are just stunning, with their beautiful hand picked grained bodies that hearken back to the historic 1958 Gibson Explorer Korina models. Their original release struck the world with their wild shapes and bold statements, paired with a newfound type of guitar beauty. Never before fulfilled by a custom builder, Hamer was the first to show the world just how incredible the Korina Explorer  could look in modern times. Featuring the most well-cured wood stock on the planet, these guitars are remarkably stable and solid, with the sound and feel of the most top notch guitars on Earth. Hamer Rocks! Tone to the Bone! This guitar is wondrous to behold and has spent most of its life in a humudity controlled room, behind glass in a dust free case. It has seen at the most 3 hours of playing time since I aquired it, I just didnt want to risk taking it to gigs.

Condition: like I said, its barely been played...so frets are as they were crowned at the factory, no divits, buzzes, high or low spots anywhere. Finish is unmared and Mint just as when I bought it. Gold is still on all hardware. Case has the key and warranty card still in it, blank with no name filled in. The case is in perfect condition except for once small tolex tear on the rear about an inch long along the bottom edge (I just kept a pc of tape on it all these yrs)
