Kit build. Previous owner and builder upgraded the nut to a Tusq XL, and added a roller bridge and roller string trees to aid in tremolo tuning stability. Pickups are decent sounding P90 style. Fretwork is good, no buzzes or dead spots. I bought this instrument to be the platform for a project and decided to go a different route.
Finish has some imperfections (see photos) but don't we all?
This would make a GREAT inexpensive, yet well-playing foray into offset instruments or to serve as a platform for mods.
