Very nice vintage 1965 speaker this should be correct for the Gibson and amps like the Fender a deluxe size and it is 12” speaker CTS make with Gibson tag, quite frankly you could remove original red label and it’s a perfect fit for Fenders,Vox etc. This speaker has a few small holes but functions just fine.
