Martin 00-45s 1902 Awesome Brazilian Rosewood

This Martin 1902 00-45s is a rare treat! The back and sides have some of the most beautiful Brazilian rosewood I have ever seen.  This is small piece, 12 fret, 00 body style and a limited edition from Martin from the early 2000s.  The sn is 946355 and is numbered 24/100.  I understand that no more than 30-40 were actually made by Martin, so this is very seldom seen guitar.  It is in essence a brand new guitar.
I have rarely played this piece (light struming when I changed the silk and steel strings in open D) and has been either in its case or in an environmentally controlled guitar cabinet.  The only time its been outside is when I bought it home.
BTW,  the guitar come with a funky, old style "coffin case," which was the style in the day.
