About This Listing

SX Les Paul copy converted to an octave mandolin.
This instrument is a prototype for developing my custom hardware using my custom hardware for converting tuneomatic equipped guitars to mando instruments.
tuned GG DD AA EE on a 24.75” scale length.
As a prototype instrument used to develop the hardware it is , shall we say “road worn with relict elements” to the extreme.
There are plenty of swirl scratches, dings, and areas of chipped paint (see photos). There are NO dings or chips on the neck. The neck feels great!
The instrument has been priced accordingly.
It has been setup to play and sound just as good as any of my new instrument conversions.
