This is a Kay-made Beltone archtop from the late 1940s or early 1950s. The body is laminate maple and the neck is solid maple with a rosewood fingerboard. The tailpiece, rosewood bridge, curly maple pickguard, mahogany nut and the tuners are not original. The body and neck are in excellent condition. There are just a few minor scrapes and dings. It has had a neck reset and the action at the 12th fret is 3/16". It plays and sounds good. A real piece of guitar history! No returns.
