Up for sale we have a 1964 Mosrite Ventures model Bass in original Sunburst finish with original hard case in very good condition less some moderate/heavy lacquer checking and some bumps and nicks, nothing out of the ordinary for a bass of this age and nothing excessive or off-putting. Looks fantastic. Sounds and plays as great as it looks with its slanted single coil Mosrite pickup in the neck position, wonderfully warm and articulate. Slim D-shape neck profile without much taper feels quite nice in the hand. Original frets have plenty of life left. This bass just plays like butter and feels great on a strap. Weighing in at 7 lbs. 13 oz. its nice and resonant as well. Professionally packed with care. Thanks for looking.
