Jen SX-1000 in very, very good condition. Cleanest
one I’ve ever seen.

From my personal collection, I always try to obtain super clean vintage machines.

One more point: the heart of the synth is a special chip called SGS M110. The one in this sx1000 is NEW. They are very rare...

Not a spot of rust or oxydation like most of them have. Three of the original knobs are missing, so I replaced them with Moog-style knobs. These feel very good as selector knobs, and that is what they are used for on this synth: selecting noise type, VCO waveform and VCO scale. Moreover, they suit the look and design of the synth very well. A few marks are on the upper side of the woodwork.

Normally, I don't like modding vintage synths, as I like to keep things in their original condition.
But here, I have made a slight internal modification to the filter in order to reduce bass loss when opening the filter.

Also in the filter section, the ceramic capacitors have been replaced by polystyrene ones, which are way better suited for audio. It greatly improves the filter.

This is a 220V instrument. If in the US, you'll need a step-up transformer.

A little gem !
