The five-string EDB605GP (the GP stands for Grey Pewter, the only color this model comes in) also boasts an ergonomically shaped Luthite body with a radically curved back for comfort and a scooped front that's perfect for slapping.  

Luthite is an ultra resonant manmade material specifically created for electric string instruments. It can be formed into comfortable ergonomic shapes much more affordably than traditional tone woods, but still delivers superb sound quality.  

The Ergodyne's sleek, slender EDB5 three-piece maple neck is thin and super fast, particularly for a five-string and the Accu-Cast B20 bridge allows for fast string changes.

The sound is tight and punchy from fat lows to crisp, detailed highsthanks to the special activeEQB-III three-band equalization.
