At the time of its original release in the early 60s, the Wilshire became a favorite of the era's best guitarists including Jimi Hendrix and Johnny Winter. Now, you can own a Wilshire that's not only affordable but might be better than the original. Featuring a mahogany body and neck, Alnico Classic PRO™ humbuckers with push-pull activated coil-splitting via the neck and bridge volume controls, Grover™ machine heads with kidney style buttons, and a solid LockTone™ Tune-o-matic bridge.
