EPIPHONE FT-45 CORTEZ (1965)
VG-EC, small body, 14-3/8" lower bout, natural finish spruce top,
X-braced, mahogany back and sides, 14-fret mahogany neck, 20-fret rosewood
fingerboard with pearloid dot inlays, plastic reverse-belly pin bridge with
adjustable saddle, white-bound body, w-b top purfling, w-b-w soundhole ring,
black plastic pickguard, 3-on-a-plate Kluson Deluxe tuners, 24-3/4" scale,
1-5/8" nut width, back of peghead has 2 very small initals,
This is essentially the Epiphone version of a B-25, built in Kalamazoo, Michigan by
Gibson (SN:262xxx)
bridge is tight to body - not lifting
action is perfect, neck is straight with slight relief
this guitar plays great and sounds wonderful
Note: the E on the pickguard is not worn
comes with case pictured an old one frome Silvertone!!!!!!
Note: small hare line finish crack on kower bout about 1 in. from bottom of 1st pic
