Supro Corsica S6622 1966

Up for sale is my 1966 Supro Corsica tube guitar amp combo. Built By Valco Chicago Original RCA 5Y3GT rectifier tube Original RCA 6V6GT power tube 4 Original RCA 12AX7 preamp tubes Rated at 5-7 watts Original Jensen c12q 12" speaker Original spring reverb 2 low gain inputs Third "Valco Chicago" input with more gain 2 inputs for footswitch controls for reverb and tremolo Volume, Tone, Tremolo Speed, and Reverb control knobs This amp is in very good condition for its age- all inputs/features are functioning as they should be. The black tolex has only a few slight marks and one tiny tear on the front left which I tried to show in the pictures. Silver grille cloth has one minor tear which I also tried to show in the pictures. Slight pitting on the faceplate, but still in very good cosmetic condition. The speaker cord was replaced with a higher quality type, and the tremolo pot was also replaced as the old one was non-functional. I love the tone and vibe of this amp, you can get awesome sounds at low volumes, and it just ate up my tube-based pre-effects and sounded so sweet. The Jensen speaker really sounds lovely, very punchy, probably the perfect speaker for this amp. These don't come up for sale very often, and this one is a top-quality example that is nearly all original. Pick one up while they're still reasonable.
