Item Description
The Yamaha GT-750, released in 1985 during the "Golden Era" of Japanese audiophile equipment, is a highly-respected direct-drive turntable that The GT-750 is an entry into the mid-range market and offers exceptional performance by virtue of its robust and unerring construction, as expected from Yamaha. The large 3 kg (6.6 lb) aluminum platter and quartz phase -lock loop control provide highly stable rotation, for extremely precise pitch reproduction. On top of its playback performance, the GT-750 is overall a visually beautiful piece of equipment.
This unit is in excellent condition, with only minor general wear throughout, including a few scratches and some wood chips (please see photos). However, it has been thoroughly checked and tested by our professional technician, confirming its flawless operation. The 33 and 45 settings both work perfectly, and the platter rotation is like clockwork, as expected from Yamaha products of this era, which were built for a lifetime of operation. Does not include headshell, cartridge and hinges.
