This is one of the best copies I have ever played. This was before the said no more Les Paul on the guitar. It plays like butter!! When you strum it acoustically it rings like bell longer than any other Les Paul I own This might be to no color Etc! It is such a great guitar I am dancing while writing this. .. but it is heavy and I am switching to a Les Paul Special. Navigator made better guitars than Greco and Tokai. .. sometimes. Any 1979/1980/1981/1982 guitar from any of these companies are a 5to 7k Gibson. Why worry about the name on the headstock. Ray Charles was not worried about what his piano said same goes here.. This guitar will make you smile. It has a thin nitro coat Butter all day and when a slide is added you just saved 15k on a Duane guitar. I could write all day about this one Navigator. I have a rough made when was made mid 80’s the luthiers are gods!!! I have a same kind of gold top and I will never get rid of it. The neck is somewhat flat in the back. It makes for ripping and keeps the tendons from aching.. good luck. I am not giving this sunken treasure away but a very fair price. It comes with a case. This was used on tours while the 59 stayed home safe. The pickups have that overwound feel that are so responsive when cranked it bring a smile to the listener. Good luck with this one . I am sure it is a one of one made either by early ESP custom or the company before they hired. These earlier guitars had only one or two guys making them from start to ginish The pickups have a dry z tone/pAF crunch Which is a great thing. They blow the new gibby pickups away. The ears know.
