From the collection of T.M.
Stevens, this bass toured with him in Japan in 1997 and has basically
remained unplayed for a very long time. It was originally auctioned off
and was not working at all. The bass was resold and then consigned with
The Bass Shop. We basically took everything apart, reconditioned the
fingerboard and frets, replaced the jack, did some solder touch ups, and
brought the LEDs back to life. Everything is now totally operational
and the neck is nice and straight with plenty of movement in the truss
rod and life left in the frets. We left a piece of tape with the tuning
for this bass on the back of the headstock for posterity. "CGCF".
