Lab Series L9 Amplifier. 15" Speaker. MINT condition. Own a piece of Rock and Roll History. Very rare with the single 15" speaker. I have owned several L5's and this sounds better than the 410 or 212 speaker configuration. Will work fine on a bass or guitar. Sounds great on a guitar. The Lab Series amps are known for their ability to work well with effects pedals. Incredible tone from this amplifier. This amplifier was purchased from the original owner. All features working. Reverberation Can with Fender Style tone. Robert Moog designed Multi-Filter. You can dial in either your hum bucker or single coil guitar and get the most out of your tone. I cleaned all of the pots. This amp circuitry was designed by Robert Moog and built with the resources of Gibson when Norlin owned both companies. This amp sounds fantastic and replicates the the characteristics of a tube amplifier. The large surface mount Transistors distort the tone just like a tube behaves. The effects loop is after the pre-amp and compressor but before the power amplifier circuit. This allows you to send signals to a looper through the effects loop with clean tones and then switch to a distorted tone while the looper is playing the clean tones unaffected by the pre-amp tones. Not all amplifiers have the effects loop chain in this position. There is a 120 volt accessory power receptacle next to the power switch that is very handy for powering pedals. One 15" speaker that is original. Built in compressor limiter that works great. Look at the YouTube videos on this amp. Will ship to lower 48 states only. No international bidders due to export duties.
