Hello, This single owner 1A Ramirez was purchased brand new in 1978 in New York City, he told me how proud he felt when he walked out the store with this guitar. The owner was in his 90's and had the fingerboard replaced common for old Ramirez guitars yielding proper neck geometry for low action. Currently 3.25mm bass and trebles in the 2.75mm range, there's room for the saddle to go lower. Standard Ramirez action is 4-4.25mm Bass 3-3.5mm Trebles. Over the years two cracks on the back and under the fingerboard were repaired, the top has a few dings but no cracks or essive playing damage.
