Product Description
The Fostex FR2LE is a high definition 2-channel compact field memory recorder that records stereo or mono BWF or MP3 files to Type II CompactFlash or Microdrive cards with up to 24-bit/96kHz resolution. This recorder features built-in phantom powering, editing functionality, and USB 2.0, allowing high-speed transfer to Mac or PC computers. A pre-record buffer ensures full-take recording with no inadvertent loss. Designed specifically for location recording, the FR2LE is a portable and lightweight unit that's easy to use. You can operate the FR-2LE with batteries or use the supplied AC adaptor. Also included with the FR2LE is a CF card, wired remote control unit, battery case, soft pouch, and removable shoulder strap. Founded in 1973, Fostex is an acclaimed manufacturer of location sound, multi-track recording, and speaker products.
