Getzen designed the Capri for the serious player who wants the sound and valve action of a professional horn at half the price, which is why the Capri is still so popular. This one, #A19474 is vintage c.1973-4 but it is still in nearly mint condition with great compression, fast valves and free slides. Check out the last photo to see the like-new condition of the valve plating and slide barrels. It was disassembled, then hydrostatically cleaned then reassembled with all new felts, springs and Amado water keys. The valves were then properly adjusted. A good healthy pop as each slide is pulled attests to the horn having good valve compression. This Capri also has a handy first valve trigger to make intonation easier. It has no dents, dings or scratches and an impeccable silver finish with a gold wash inner bell.
Comes with the new case shown in the photos and a mouthpiece.
