Yamaha YEB 381 Silver Plated professional tuba! This tuba plays in the key of Bb and is simply beautiful and plays incredible! This is a very rare tuba. Yamaha stopped making them in the 90’s. Serial is #001085. This model has the 5th rotor compensating valve rotary-action fifth dependent valve-activated by left thumb for pitch compensation in low register. .689 bore. Bell is 15.25. The plating on this tuba is in really great shape with a little tarnish in some hard to reach areas and a little wear where the right hand holds the tuba. It has a couple very minor dings but nothing major. Valves and slides all move freely and this hard to find tuba is ready for a new home! Comes complete with the original case and a Yamaha 67C4 mouthpiece in great shape!
