The original baffle was particle board and disintegrated. I created another with plywood. The grill cloth and logo are still there. The original Alamo speakers both have busted cones. Need to be reconed. Which is why it hasn’t been assembled. Amp works. Could be made into a head. Or recone speakers and reassemble.
