FG251B was made by Nippon Gakki, Hamamatsu Japan, and for Japanese market, not export. This guitar is in excellent condition with a few of very slight scratches, and the dry wood after nearly 40 years and gives you warm and strong middle with rich bass sound.

This guitar was made in Japan, so its sound is superior than others made in other countries in the same level. This model is very rare in the U.S.


Nut width: 43mm

Top: Spruce (Japanese Ezomatsu Spruce)

Back: Indian Rosewood
Sides::Indian Rosewood

Bridge: Indian Rosewood

Neck: straight

Fret board: excellent

Frets: excellent

String height: High E: 2.8mm, Low E: 2.4mm, and more room at saddle.

Truss rod works well

It comes with a vintage Japanese hardcase in very good condition.
